Yuri was born and raised in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico and has lived in Albuquerque since 2006. Yuri earned a Bachelor’s Degree focusing in International Affairs from the Universidad Internacional (UNINTER) located in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. She arrived to Albuquerque as an International Student and earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico. 

She currently serves as a member on several different boards.  The Albuquerque Balloon Museum Foundation allows her the opportunity to keep showcasing the beauty of our city to international visitors. She is a Founding Director and Vice President for Government Affairs to the US-Mexico & Latin America Chamber of Commerce.  She sits on the eVolv Strong Corporate Board promoting health and wellness in the US and Mexico, and most recently, joined the Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School Governing Council.   

Her strengths include international exchange programs, international trade, managing operations, marketing, strategic planning and community outreach. She is adept at establishing and implementing visionary strategies to build professional networks.

Sila is a recent graduate from the University of New Mexico with her Master’s in Political Science. She completed her BA at UNM as well where she double majored in International Studies and Foreign Languages. S

he is a dual citizen, Turkish-American. She speaks French, German, Turkish, and of course English. She has over four years of volunteer experience in the community, specifically with international students at UNM. We are excited to have her on the team!

Hector holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Navarra. He also holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and Land Zoning from Universidad de Deusto.
Hector is a merger of management and an entrepreneur. He has a mind that constantly thinks about new ways of doing things and at the same time, from his experience as a manager, has an eye on the exploitation of the current business model.

Hector has more than 15 years managing innovation and economic development projects, in addition to helping entrepreneurs and startups validate their business models and scale them. His experience has given him the opportunity to share his way of doing things in business schools and conferences.
